Our Quebec City boutique is looking for passionate people to sell our lovely things 🥰.

Part-time and full-time positions from Monday to Friday, including days, evenings, and weekends, are available to be part of our wonderful adventure. We are looking for people who are curious, happy, creative, warm, sharp, and passionate 🤩.

Profile, skills, and abilities

• Experience in customer service;
• Aptitude for decoration;
• Possess a strong team spirit;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems;
• Knowledge of Shopify, an asset;
• Bilingual (French and English), an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure superior customer service from the customer's arrival to departure;
• Know the products and advise the customer on their shopping and decor projects;
• Ensure the visual pride of the boutique;
• Process, store, and replenish merchandise;
• Be comfortable working with a computerized system;
• Have a great attitude at work;
• Be quality-focused;
• Any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the boutique.
