A : Rose Bon Bon is now 100% online. You can now purchase our products anywhere, anytime.

Q : How can I become a supplier for Rose Bon Bon?

A : It’s easy, send us photos of your creations along with a price list for distribution to hello@rosebonbon.ca. If you have a Facebook or Instagram page, you can also include the links and we will take a look. We look forward to showcasing your work!

 

Q : What are the delivery times?

A : Delivery times for the majority of online orders are less than a week for items in stock. Depending on the destination, some delivery times may be up to two weeks.

 

Q : Do you offer discounts to designers, architects...?

A : Yes, we offer discounts to designers and architects who are registered in our directory. To be eligible for this discount, you must be registered.

A form will need to be filled out by contacting us at hello@rosebonbon.ca; proof of identity and professional status (business card, website, etc.) will be required. The discount is only applicable to professionals. Your 10% allocated discount will be applied to your purchases. Your discount is not available for online purchases on our transactional site.

The discount is only applicable to regular-priced items. In the case of a sale item, only the most advantageous discount will be applied.

 

Q : How can I track my package?

A : For GLS and Canada Post, a tracking number is sent to the customer. The number becomes active once the package is picked up from our shop by the carrier.

We also offer a personalized delivery service for the greater Saguenay region. Fees may apply.

 

Q: What is the minimum amount required to make a purchase with Sezzle?

A : Sezzle is only available for purchases with a minimum amount of $200.
